Need help finding a gift or two for a pregnant mama friend or family member? Well, you have arrived at the perfect place because this is a complete gift guide for pregnant mamas!
1. A Birth Ball
A birthing ball is essentially just an “exercise ball” but used for birth and pregnancy!
It’s especially beneficial if the mama wants a natural labor because using a birth ball help get your pelvis “into shape” for labor and delivery.
A birth ball can also help a “stalled” labor progress again by getting the baby to settle into mama’s pelvis in a better position. Therefore, allowing labor to begin and progress optimally.
2. A Sea-Band
Sea-bands have been clinically proven to relieve nausea by using acupressure!
This can be an amazing gift because the mama can wear it all day and night without having to wait for nausea to come and then try to treat it!
3. Ginger Candy/Tea
Suppose you feel like the sea-band may help the mama’s nausea but possibly not treat it completely. In that case, ginger is another natural option to try!
Ginger is an ancient medicinal herb used for nausea and vomiting that is also extremely safe.
4. Silicone Rings
For mamas who are engaged, married, or just love rings!
Many pregnant mamas experience swelling in their fingers, making it more difficult to continue wearing their ring/rings.
But silicone rings make an excellent replacement for the rest of the mama’s pregnancy. Plus, they can look really nice!
5. Maternity Leggings
Maternity leggings are an essential for pregnant mamas.
It’s essential to get a stretchy, super comfortable pair of leggings that also support their belly!
It’s hard to get comfortable during pregnancy, so I promise, all the cozy clothes you can get her, she will love.
Plus, they are perfect to use during postpartum as well!
6. Slippers
On the topic of being comfortable, let’s talk about these incredibly soft and cozy slippers!
They would look so cute to pair with maternity leggings and a soft, oversized sweater to fit that bump comfortably this Winter.
7. A Robe
This super-soft Sherpa robe is also a great cozy piece of clothing the mama can wear at home.
Even better, you can pair this with another non-toxic, soothing gift such as the Hello Bello Lavender Bath Bubbles, so she can have a well-deserved spa night!
Pregnancy can get hard on a woman’s body, so she needs to incorporate as much self-care as possible.
8. A Diffuser With Essential Oils
A diffuser is perfect for pregnancy, labor and delivery, and beyond!

Using lavender essential oil is safe during pregnancy and can have relaxing effects for the mama.
Diffusing lavender essential oil is also something I recommend doing during labor and delivery to relax the mama as much as possible.
But another great essential oil to get is clary sage, especially if the mama wants a completely natural birth.
Diffusing or applying clary sage has been clinically proven to help progress a stalled labor by increasing oxytocin levels. However, please do not use this essential oil before your health care provider approves of it during your labor and delivery.
One more safe essential oil I recommend for mamas is chamomile. Chamomile can be used as mild sedation for pain, stress, or anxiety.
Chamomile also has pain-relieving benefits if used topically, helping a mama with her sore back or joints.
Further, I love this high-quality essential oil diffuser with a custom timer to automatically turn off!
9. Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Red raspberry leaf tea is an herbal, caffeine-free tea with medicinal uses.
Its leaves are loaded with nutrients, antioxidants, and it has been used for centuries to induce labor.
Red raspberry leaf tea is actually great for pregnant and non-pregnant women as it has been shown to help alleviate PMS symptoms.
It’s mainly recommended for women in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Still, some women use it in their first trimester to relieve nausea.
It also may help shorten the length of labor, which is totally worth trying!
10. A Diaper Bag She Will LOVE
Mamas need to have a large diaper bag that is efficient. They also need to love the diaper bag’s style because they will be using it for the next few years!
My favorite diaper bag comes in light pink and black! They are both big, have a lot of pockets for organization, and look so cute!
11. Online Birthing Class
Online birthing classes are a fantastic gift for pregnant mamas.
I believe it’s crucial to go to these classes during pregnancy. Still, it depends on what kind of labor and delivery the mama wants and what she wants to get from her class to choose the right one.
But here are a few options I found:
Natural birth: Kopa Birth
Home or birthing center birth: Mama Natural Birth Course
Couples: The Online Prenatal Class for Couples
Dads: SupportingHer
Free: Pampers Childbirth Education Classes
12. Online Prenatal Yoga Class

For the health-conscious mama who loves to move, prenatal yoga classes are the perfect gift for her!
It’s essential for mamas to move their bodies during pregnancy in gentle ways that help relieve muscle and joint pain.
Yoga can be a really fun and mentally relaing way for her to do this!
Here are some options for online prenatal yoga classes:
I also recommend looking on Youtube for many prenatal yoga videos!
