Whether it’s the holidays or a birthday approaching, these gifts for pregnant moms are adorable and practical! Check out these 12 pregnant mom gifts now!
1. Silicone Rings Gift for Pregnant Moms
This adorable pack of silicone rings is great for pregnant moms who are married because it’s totally normal to have some swelling during pregnancy!
Swelling during pregnancy can get to the point where wearing a wedding ring becomes uncomfortable or impossible to take off!
To avoid this happening, gift the mom in your life with some comfy and cute silicone bands!
2. Boppy Breastfeeding Pillow
A Boppy breastfeeding pillow isn’t a necessity for breastfeeding moms, but in my opinion, pillows are, and this one has been designed for the comfort of breastfeeding!
Be sure to also check out The Balanced Breastfeeding Course so that she can remember that there are multiple positions that are possible in a breastfeeding pillow!
3. Haakaa
Haakaa’s are one of the best breastfeeding inventions ever made. Plus, they’re super affordable!
All you do is put one on the opposite breast while breastfeeding and it creates a suction allowing the Haakaa to help express and catch breastmilk!
Plus you can use two on both breasts to replace an electric pump for a short amount of time as well.
4. Three-Tier Cart
A three-tier cart is a fantastic gift for pregnant moms because they can use it to make a nursing cart!
This nursing cart will make her life so much easier by having everything she needs to breastfeed, pump, and/or bottle feed in one place!
I also recommend for mamas add snacks for themselves, water, plus toys and snacks for their other kids if they have any.
5. Postpartum Sitz/Herbal Bath
A postpartum herbal sitz bath can help pregnant moms heal their perineal area after they have given birth.
The Earth Mama Postpartum Sitz Bath works by reducing swelling and inflammation. It also relaxes the perineum muscles, relieving pain from a natural tear or an episiotomy.
6. Birth Ball Gift for Pregnant Moms
Birth balls are a fantastic tool for pregnant moms because they can be used throughout pregnancy and well into the postpartum period!
During pregnancy, the birth ball can be used to help get the baby engaged, ease back pain, stretch the mom’s hips, and much more!
And during labor, the birth ball can relieve back labor pain, assist in relaxation techniques, and it may even shorten labor time.
Once the mama reaches postpartum, now this same birth ball can be used to relieve her baby’s gas, give her a more comfortable place to sit, a place to soothe her baby, and more!
7. New Cozy Slippers
Cozy slippers are always a great gift, but specifically for pregnant moms if they’re going to the hospital or a birth center because it’s essential to have socks with grips and/or cozy slippers.
8. Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Anecdotally, some women do believe that red raspberry leaf tea helps strengthen and tone the uterus, which would, therefore, reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhaging after birth!
But remember that this tea hasn’t been shown to be effective in inducing labor.
This study on humans found no difference in labor outcomes, but luckily, these studies didn’t find any adverse side effects of taking raspberry leaf tea. Therefore we can assume that even if it doesn’t help put you into labor, it’s still safe to drink while pregnant.
9. Diaper Bag Gift for Pregnant Moms
Diaper bags are an important gift/purchase for pregnant moms. They will likely use it almost every day for years, so it’s crucial that the diaper bag is functional and cute!
My current favorite diaper bag is this Fawn Design Original Backpack.
10. Online Prenatal Yoga Class Gift for Pregnant Moms

As a certified childbirth educator, I always recommend prenatal yoga to mamas who are open to it!
Some benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy include:
- Improved sleep.
- Reduced stress and anxiety.
- Increased strength, flexibility, and endurance which are all beneficial for childbirth.
- Decreased lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath.
11. New Insulated Bottle
A new 26 oz Yeti Water Tumbler is perfect for a new mom who needs to remember to take care of herself once her little one is here!
Plus, she can use it for iced coffee whenever she’d like to follow up on some of those sleepless nights.
12. Essential Oil Diffuser & Oils
An essential oil diffuser is a fantastic gift for pregnant moms because it can be so beneficial during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond!
During pregnancy, it’s important to relax as often as possible and remain in a low-stress state that lavender essential oil helps promote!
Some pregnant moms also may experience insomnia during their pregnancy which chamomile essential oil (one of my all-time favorites!) can help with.
If she’s dealing with nausea, peppermint essential oil may help to relieve it.
And during childbirth, lavender and chamomile can be great for relaxing, peppermint can be revived if she gets tired but can’t sleep, and clary sage essential oil may help speed up contractions and labor if it begins to stall!
The essential oil brand I recommend is Plant Therapy because they have excellent quality and affordable essential oils. When you have your bottles, you can look up the batch number on them to see all the tests they went through before being sold to you, which is essential when looking for authentic oils.
