How to Use Positive Affirmations During Your Pregnancy
If you practice prenatal yoga as a form of exercise and relaxation, it can be helpful to incorporate a few of these affirmations at a time into your practice. If you do enjoy prenatal yoga, I recommend using blocks and bolsters for extra support while you’re growing a little one!
Another way I enjoy using positive affirmations is while I’m laying in bed right before I fall asleep.
Both of these methods are so calming and really can help relax your mind and shift your thinking.
I hope these positive pregnancy affirmations help you feel more connected and confident about your pregnancy, labor, and childbirth! Let me know in the comments below your favorite way to implement these positive affirmations. You are encouraged, educated, and empowered. You got this!
