Customized collaborative care plan for the mother-baby dyad. Includes maternal health history, breast and milk supply assessment, infant health history, to oral function assessment.

Also covered during the 60-90 minute visit are common questions and concerns such as breast care, back to work, pumping, milk supply and breastfeeding for the first year, infant sleep, nutrition and self care.
